愚人节April Fools' Day，西方民间的传统节日，歪果仁都想着法子开别人的玩笑。如果你上当了，就成为了当之无愧的“April Fool”。但是总有一些“国家级”的玩笑让人无可避免，知道真相后让人苦笑不得，让我们一起来看下吧。
The Swiss Spaghetti Harvest
瑞士面条树
1957年，英国广播公司BBC就在愚人节这天给观众开了个玩笑。BBC的一则新闻节目中说道，由于暖冬和面条树虫大灭亡，今年瑞士农民的面条树大丰收，还煞有其事的配上农民在树上开心的从树上摘下一缕缕意大利面的的镜头。
"Place a sprig of spaghetti in a tin of tomato sauce and hope for the best."
“把一根意大利面插在一听番茄酱里，接下来就是抱着希望等待丰收。”

1962年，当时的科学技术并没有像现在这么发达，瑞典当时也只有一个电视频道，而且是以黑白色率播出节目，在愚人节当天，该电视台的技术顾问出现在新闻节目当中，他跟大家说：
“Thanks to a new technology, viewers could convert their existing sets to display color reception. All they had to do was pull a nylon stocking over their tv screen.”
“得益于一项新技术，观众们可以将他们现有的电视频道转换成彩色的。观众们只需把一条尼龙袜罩在电视机屏幕上”。
技术顾问亲自示范了这个步骤，成千上万的观众还真尝试了。而实际上，1970年瑞典才有彩色的电视画面。
Planetary Alignment Decreases Gravity
万有引力消失
1976年的愚人节，英国天文学家Patrick Moore通过BBC广播说到，早上9点47分时，一个千载难逢的天文现象就要发生：人们在这个时候可以摆脱万有引力的影响，体会到一种奇妙的漂浮的感觉，因为冥王星会从木星后面经过，导致暂时的重力失调，抵消并消减了地球上的万有引力。

One woman even reported that she and her eleven friends had risen from their chairs and floated around the room.
一个女人甚至说她和她的11个朋友都从椅子上飘起来，并在房间里荡来荡去。
The Left-Handed Whopper
左撇子汉堡
A "Left-Handed Whopper" specially designed for the 32 million left-handed Americans.
According to the advertisement, the new whopper included the same ingredients as the original Whopper (lettuce, tomato, hamburger patty,etc。)，
But all the condiments were rotated 180 degrees for the benefit of their left-handed customers.
但是，为了左撇子顾客的利益，所有的调味品都被旋转了180度。
成千上万的顾客为此特意前来品尝，而且有人提出要求，设计“右手汉堡”。
